I renovated my basement and used this for the ceiling — it worked great with no issues at all. It only took about 5 minutes to assemble out of the box. Highly recommend it.

This worked really well for me while redoing a house for my daughter and son in law. It was easy to put together and easily handled 8ft drywall sheets. Adjusting the support arms for smaller size pieces is a pain but could probably be solved by using a quick clamp which I will try for its next use. This beat using a tee support and is great for lighter duty use but expecting to use it for daily construction would be unreasonable.

I bought this to put 7/16" OSB on the ceiling of my garage to make it into my hobby area. It arrived nicely packaged. Super easy to assemble. The castors are decent but with a sheet loaded the entire system is a bit awkward to roll around, considerable flex. The lifting winch works really well as does the simple braking mechanism. One person can load a sheet but it is much easier with two people. The upper section has the ability to tilt some to compensate for a floor not being totally parallel to the ceiling. This felt disturbing at first but makes sense. The lift will push the panel tightly against the rafters and hold it well for fastening. I also used the lift to hold 23" x 24' rolls of insulation in place while I stapled the flanges. A well designed product. Minimal material/cost design that works. This is NOT an industrial level tool, treat it kindly and it will serve you well.

It worked great, I had to install drywall on a ten feet ceiling by myself so it made my job so much easier.

I used it to hoist roofing beams into position for a shop area. Although not intended for this task, it worked very well, especially when working alone. It was a lot cheaper than hiring a laborer for a three day project.
