Overall not bad but the where the handle screws together isn’t straight and keeps coming loose. Really needs to be welded.

This is the second one i have commented on, the design is excellent, the materials used for construction is/was poor and Vevor have not accepted this is the case, nor has Vevor offered any compensation. With this in mind, i would be doubtful if i purchased through Vevor into the future. I have sent a photo to you, although not acknowledged by Vevor.

I have not used this tool often but today i was trying to roll a medium size cedar log and the hook on the tool bent. For the price i paid this never should have happened. The steel must be very poor quality.

Very disappointed. Product description is misleading and product illustration shows an adjustable hook, Wrong, this is a fixed hook model.
Customer service was terrible, explaining I got what I ordered, never admitting that the product description was misleading, inadequate or offering to return or refund.
They won't be in business long at this rate.
