Unit came with a broken housing. I contacted support after a few attempts as it’s only a bot that you text at first then got someone who after a few days decided they would send a new cover and it has taken 2 weeks so far still no cover thy shut down the text so you can’t respond unless you go through the entire process again. Awesome products as I have several items but if you have an issues it’s very hard to get resolved. I still don’t know if they sent a cover and my jack is still in the box waiting.

Didn't even last 6 months and it's broken. The switch literally fell apart.

It came packaged really good. Got it out of the box. The top rain cover was cracked. Pulled off my hand crank jack and installed this one and wouldn't work in the retract mode. It would only extend. After a few weeks going back and forth they finally decided to give ma a refund, only after they offered to give me $34 back. Then they offered to give me $68 back and keep the product. I said no, I want a full refund and you can have this junk back. They finally agreed

This Jack does not fit every trailer. It does not align with my existing holes on my trailer. I let Vevor know, and they have pretty much ghosted me. It’s been 5 days, and all they say is we will look into it. What’s there to look into? I’ve asked for a return label, and I have not got one. So be advised. Extremely disappointed with the customer service.

My trailer jack arrived damaged in shipping. I submitted a damage report with photos immediately. The only follow-up I’ve had from Vevor was to request more photos of the shipping packaging which I submitted immediately. No further response in 4 days. This is really poor customer support. Other companies would have a replacement on the way within a couple of days.

Worked one day, I should have sent it back but I was going camping, it’s not waterproof, it don’t like moisture, it don’t like the change in climate and causes moisture in it. Switches shorted out. I have to use it manually.

I purchased recently for my RV to make things a little easier. Wired directly to battery terminal posts and boom, worked like a champ for 2 back to back weekend trips. 3rd trip and it stopped going up electrically and would only go down electrically, so here I am hand cranking again!! I reached out to customer service to explain and they said the need pictures and a better explanation before contacting a technician. I replied with details about the functionality and issues I am having and told them that any technician would be able to understand from my description. I have heard NOTHING back from them. I live chatted and they put me through to a real human via chat, he said they have escalated my issue and someone would reach out very soon. I explained that I was getting ready for another trip this weekend and would really like to have my Jack functioning. Well here I am hand cranking away again and still waiting to hear from someone in technical support. I personally wish I had just paid the extra $45 and bought one from Harbor Freight, at least this way I could have returned and installed another one by now!!! NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!!!

Once installed, it worked great. The next time I used it, it stopped retracting and the manual override is very difficult to turn. As of this review it has been over 48hours since I requested a Return/ Refund and all I have received is an email stating that they are reviewing my request and will get back to me within 48 hours. Not very happy at this point. Beware !
