Borderline retarded to send a kit with both european and US pneumatic couplers, but a control box that uses the japanese type. I had to buy two 5mm compressor hoses (8mm outside diameter), cut off one of the connectors and replace the enclosed hoses (at the conrol box). The plastic handle covers are dangerously loose (they actually fall off if you hold them with the handle downwards), so I had to use glue. Apart from that, build quality and functionality is very good - I love it.

Comes qith Japanese quick connectors on hoses and control box has Japanese coupler. Plastic bag includes six European couplers, so you can't get it work with this setup. Customer service claimed that it comes with both couplers but that is not true and they don't believe pictures or videos I've sent to them. Unbelievable. Also air jack handle grips needs to be clued. Otherwise those are dangerous. Why they sell product in Europe with connectors which are not in use here and they are not willing to send European standard quick connectors for 6mm hose connection, or japanese Nitto kohki couplers gor the air jacks (2 needed). I am little bit disappointed Very frustrating

Wish I could just get my money back. This is a fail for vevor. Only works on car with under 18 inch rims, anything bigger and tray the wheels sit on will not line up without removing the stops that keep the car from rolling off the lift. Not worth the risk. Also they’re heavy and cumbersome to move and setup and time consuming. They can slide forward when pulling a car on to it. Save your money get a better lift.

C’est rare d’être autant déçu par un produit VEVOR. Premièrement : impossible de l’utiliser à la sortie de la boîte. Les tuyaux sont fournis avec des raccords rapides japonais ; il vous faudra acheter séparément deux raccords type C. (problème déjà signalée par d'autres utilisateurs et donc pas corrigée) Mais le plus gros problème vient du fait que les plateaux ne sont pas assez longs pour monter une camionnette avec des jantes de 18" en toute sécurité. Il faut impérativement enlever l’arrêt (celui qui vous empêche d’avancer davantage) afin de pouvoir positionner correctement la roue au centre du plateau et ainsi monter le véhicule en sécurité. Une opération délicate à ne pas rater. Si toutefois vous gardez l’arrêt et que vous n’êtes pas parfaitement centré sur le plateau, vous risquez ensuite de ne plus pouvoir redescendre les plateaux, car ils ne seront plus correctement alignés dans leurs supports.
