This message serves as a final notice regarding my recent purchase of the VEVOR Racing Wheel System (Product ID: ZXZCDHBKZDXK14XHAV0), ordered on December 3, 2025, Transaction ID 6GC77549HY883245G, in the amount of $369.59.
As previously stated, the product was delivered with two left pedals and no right pedal, rendering the item unusable and not as described. I have already provided all relevant order, payment, and shipping information.
At this point, if you are unable or unwilling to resolve this matter promptly, I will proceed as follows:
I will open a formal dispute with PayPal requesting a full refund for incorrect merchandise received
I will repackage the item and return it once return authorization is issued
PayPal will refund the payment upon resolution, and you will receive your product back
I am requesting that a supervisor review this case immediately.
You have 24 hours from the date and time of this email to provide one of the following resolutions:
Immediate shipment of the correct right pedal via expedited shipping at no cost to me, ensuring delivery before Christmas
OR
Authorization of a full return and refund

Das Produkt kam beschädigt an, beim Versuch das Produkt zu reklamieren wurde mir seitens Vevor 2 Wochen lang die gleiche Nachricht geschrieben, dass Problem sei doch nicht so schlimm ich solle die Ware behalten - obwohl hier mit Rückgaberecht etc. geworden wird, eine absolute Frechheit.
Seit 30 Tagen ohne Erfolg..
