I have been generally happy with purchases from vevor up to this point. This product is a complete disappointment. The frame is so so but the fabric is just an utter piece of junk. Wet paper bag is ten times stronger. It's not just the material , the same goes for stitching. What's the point of frame if the material that is supposed to keep the bike from the elements is just garbage. Complete and utter disappointment.

As soon as I was finishing up with the velcro straps. The side ripped. Very upsetting. Almost seemed like it was deteriorating. Had one two years ago and very nice this one was terrible.

I just assembled the motorcycle shelter and the fabric tore immediately during installation.
The frame seems acceptable, but the cover is clearly of very poor quality and not suitable for normal use. A product like this should not fail during basic assembly.
I am requesting a replacement cover or a full resolution to this issue.
I can provide photos if needed.

I tried contacting vevor about the order by voice mail, email, and live chat (BOT) for 10 days with no response.
So I contacted my card company and they took over.
A week after that they contacted me by email and I told them no thanks.
Worse customer service I have experienced in my life.
