No replacement, no refund, no help. Don't trust their return policy as they don't seem to have any intention of keeping it. There is no phone number to call. These pumps are a complete waste of money. Complete Junk!instead of sending me a pickup ticket they wanted pictures of the pump!So you want a picture of your pump not working ?

Ray Quit working after 1 use
The pump Quit working after 1 use, the pressure switch burnt up tried to find a replacement switch without any sucess. So now the pump is worthless. Read online others have had the same issue

Very disappointed. The first one i bought worked well for a while but then it became obvious that the pressure switch was not turning it off. Instead the motor was stalling and heating. Eventually the motor burnt out. So I bought this one (same as the last one). Again drawing current when not in use because the motor stalled before the pressure switch opened.
If you don't like changing your pump frequently, don't buy this one.
Warranty procedure is ridiculous. How am I supposed to submit a video of a stalled, overheating pump?
