As a maintenance supervisor in a large manufacturing plant, ensuring the smooth operation of machinery is paramount. After several weeks of testing, the Vevor model # FF-08B-20L 5-Gallon Grease Pump has proven to be a crucial tool in our lubrication arsenal. Here’s my detailed review based on its performance, ease of use, and reliability. The design and build quality of the Vevor grease pump features robust metal construction with a durable powder-coated finish that withstands harsh industrial environments. The pump's design is straightforward, with a manual lever mechanism that requires minimal effort to operate. The inclusion of a non-drip nozzle is a thoughtful addition, minimizing waste and keeping the work area clean. The performance of the Vevor pump is designed to handle high-viscosity greases, which is essential for our heavy-duty applications. The pump consistently delivers a precise amount of grease, thanks to its advanced pumping mechanism that ensures efficient pressure management. We've used it on various machines including conveyors, presses, and hydraulic systems, and it has performed flawlessly each time. One of the standout features of this pump is its ease of use. The setup was simple, and replacing the grease container is a hassle-free process that can be completed in minutes. The lever action is smooth, which significantly reduces fatigue during extensive use. Additionally, the pump is portable, and its compact design allows easy storage and maneuverability around the workshop. So far, the Vevor pump has required minimal maintenance. The seals and the pumping mechanism have held up well against the continuous usage. The pump also features an air bleeder valve to eliminate air pockets, ensuring consistent performance. Its reliability in continuous operations has made it a favorite among our maintenance staff. Its robustness and efficient performance will not only save time but also enhance the longevity of your machinery.

A diferencia de una manual esta es mejor. No entiendo mucho de bombas neumáticas pero lo poco q he trabajado con ella , va muy bien. Necesaria en una nave agrícola

The licker that comes into the container is a little too small. It doesn't go over the edge. I haven't been able to get the pump to stay in place in the container...otherwise working device.

Good product

Nice tool. Puts grease in fittings very nicely. I only wish the container would work with a standard 5 gallon grease bucket. I had to transfer the grease from the 5 gallon bucket in to the grease machine

Great unit only fault is the clamps are very poor and are not great to attach to the 18kg bucket . I would buy the unit again if I need a second one

Loved it it’s very convenient and practical. Would like to know where to get the grease for it. Would by it again.

Does not hold a 20L drums of grease, you need to transfer the grease into it manually. Quite a misleading advertisement.

Bucket latching system is no good and will not grease zirks. Modified it to fill autogreasers on equipment
