I purchased this pump and after using it the first time it will not maintain the adjusted pressure that has been set. Once you release the gun trigger and pull the trigger again the pressure goes to 0.
You need to undial the pressure valve knob and dial it back up again every time you release the trigger.
The company keeps telling me they've turned my problem over to
another team to resolve my issue but now it's been a month with no satisfaction. I finally just filed a dispute with my credit card company.

Worked great. Way more pressure than the aaa pump that lasted 2 uses before losing all pressure. Third use on this pump started the pressure washer and the pump exploded.

Dissatisfied Faulty product, Terrible customer service
Pump works but makes a grinding noise at high pressure/ rpm. Customer support said they'd review and get back to me, then didn't. 3 times.
Finally they claimed it was my water supply (80 psi on a 3/4 hose not that they asked)
Had good luck with their products before but not this time.

Clicked on the 1 inch shaft when the order went through it switched to the three-quarter inch shaft. This thing is useless. I can’t get it to fit over the shaft and they say it’s my fault.
