Fresh out of the box. Lose bolts and rubber mounts in bottom of box. Then some noise in the pump. Upon further investigation an disassembly of the pump. Look e there! Bolts and rubber mounts inside the pump. Just ready to destroy itself. VEVOR is usually ok with QC. But lately they’ve been exactly what I would expect. Chinese crap. Not very happy. Hope it works.

Pump did not work. Impossible to get a return label to print properly. Couldn't get my money back so I have to get another stupid pump. Total waste of money. Do not buy this pump from vevor.

The frame is too small and the air cleaner cover can’t be removed without taking the motor off the frame. Very disappointing

La machine est très bien emballée, livrée avec une clé à bougie, les joints d'entrée, une crépine d'aspiration pour protéger la pompe des graviers ainsi qu'un tuyau souple de sortie. Conformément à la notice j'ai effectué le plein d'huile. Lorsque j'en ai eu besoin, je l'ai raccordée au tuyau d'entrée, au tuyau de sortie et rempli la pompe d'eau pour protéger le joint, les choses se sont gâtées. le moteur a démarré du premier coup mas dès que j'ai demandé du régime, le moteur modulait dans les tours et malgré un régime élevé la pompe n'aspirait rien. J'ai tout essayé conformément à ce qui était marqué dans le manuel mais rien ne marchait. J'attends maintenant la réponse du SAV.

No good right out of the box. Will not pump water at all. Engine runs fine. Something wrong with the impeller. Customer service is terrible they promised 3 times to resolve the problem. Then no further response. I recommend not to do business with this company

All boxes were damaged in shipping. The boxes are too small and not rated for the weight of the greenhouse so they all rip and lose hardware. Pump was bad out of the box and wouldn't run for more than 30 seconds before cutting out. It took literally 2 weeks of back and forth to get a refund for the pump. The same questions were asked everyday and she the return finally went through vevor refused to send FedEx to pick up the package taking more days until I realized what was going on. They wanted me to pay for the pick up fee . This company is extremely cheap and the customer service is non existent. I would recommend never buying anything from here ever

Once underload, the machine choked itself out the first time I used it. Could not get it restarted. Pulled the spark plug cleaned. It got it started a second time and then it died again. Third time the pull start rope broke. Complete junk.
