Pump worked great for 4 months then went out.
I tore it apart and found that the electric motor shaft seal was pressed in unevenly, which caused diesel fuel to seep into the electric motor housing, making the motor fail.
Would recommend buying the warranty with it.

The unit arrived cracked/ broken and I went round and round with customer service. They offered me a discount but I needed the pump to function correctly. So i declined the discount. Then I was told to give them a parts list for replacement parts. They never showed up after two weeks. The pump was on a jobsite and we where using it as is. Then they wanted me to send them the broken pump. They would review the problem and get back to me. In the meantime I would have no pump to use at all on the job site. This is unacceptable way to treat your customers. But do not worry I will not be a repeat customer. I am blown away by your lack decency. Extremely disappointed!!!!!!

This makes the second one i brought
The first one quit working and through the AI bullcrap apparently i couldn't get it warranted
So i buy another 2 months ago and it lasted less than 30 days . So i do not recommend buy any thing from vevor that is electrical seeings how chances are it wont be warranted. I don't like talking to a computer Ai and no one would take time from vevor to personally email me about the product. And they don't have a phone you can call and talk to a representative
