I have bought 2 of these pumps. The first a 20 gpm it lasted for 3 uses. Bought 10gpm to replace the 20gpm and lasted one use. Would like my money back for both of them. Very disappointed

Sealed all connections properly and pump wouldn’t prime or pump. Tried filling with fuel to prime it as well

Keeps blowing the fuse. Not sure what to do. Debating pulling the screen out.

The treads on the pickup tub were made so deep thatvi fell apart. I used the pickup tube from my old pump to get going.

I BOUGHT THIS PUMP IN JULY 2025. FIRST IT DID NOT COME WITH THE WIRES TO HOOK UP TO BATTERY. THEN IN SEPTEMBER THE SWITCH WENT BAD. THEY WANT ME TO SEND A VIDEO OF A BAD SWITCH TAKE PICTURES SO THEY CAN FIND A RESOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM. ALL I NEEDED WAS A NEW SWITCH. I FOUND OUT HOW THERE WARRANTY WORKES. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Overheats if used for a longer period of time fueling larger equipment and then shuts down. Switch also had a short in it and would shut off intermittently.

Pump BROKE on FIRST use! Literally! Worked great for TWO minutes. I was excited about the purchase and then... Two minutes after I started flowing diesel fuel the pump started leaking and flow rate plummeted. Fuel was flowing from the weep hole indicating a blown seal. I contacted VEVOR and the very time consuming return process started. They required an actual video. I sent it. Then they required additional photos as back up. Eventually they did offer a return for money or a replacement. The return was littered with requirements such as original packaging, no oily parts etc. And the real kicker was they only gave 5 days for the return label to be used with a weekend in between. Communication is done all via email and has a severe lag time between email responses. I did fulfill all requirements but everyone should know that the return or replacement process is NOT easy... or quick. Shipping was terrible (FEDEX). Damaged box with huge tear in the side. Shipper also left the box nearly in the lane of travel on my road. Obviously bad shipping is on the shipping company but you should know they use FEDEX, which is pretty bad at what they do. I found it's not possible to call and discuss ANYTHING with VEVOR to let them know of these issues. I gave it one star rating because the return/refund process is bad, more like terrible and the product broke instantly... clearly if it had worked it would have been a good deal for the money. I guess you really do get what you pay for...

Unfortunately it did not work. I am still waiting for a replacement

I bought this pump to run a separate fuel tank I have for job sites while I was waiting for another Fill-Rite pump. It pumped about 70-100 gallons then sat for about 2 or 3 days then I went to pump again and nothing. Called and emailed them about the pump and all I could get after purchasing the warranty was a $30 voucher to spend again. They wont replace the pump nor refund me after sending them a video of the pump not working at all. Horrible customer service and the pump isn't worth the $200

The quality looks good but it only lasted for 100 gallons after that i dont know what happen but it stop working. Not jam the motor will not turn on. And i could understand that sometimes 1 out 100 its bad. The thing is that custermer service its really bad after more than 1 week i still have not resolve the problem of returning the pump and getting my money back
