This system worked perfectly to service the DSG transmission and differentials. This is so much better than gravity fill or messy leaky hand pump style systems. The kit had all adapters needed and the tank has clear markings to get the fluid level correct. It has paid for itself in one use compared to dealer service rates.

i was pleased with it overall. i had used a canadian tire product to suck out fuel from my tank and it didn't last long. my wrench friend uses them. i should have bought this item in the first place.

Unfortunately, a fluid extractor will not work on a General Motors 5.3L engine. A baffle in the oil pan prevents the tube from reaching the oil. I should have researched the subject before buying one.
