It's a great product other than the combination open-end wrench that came with it doesn't fit around the bolts that go into the feet very well. Which isn't terrible because who wants to spend that much time using an open-end wrench on those screws? But other than that I think it's a great product

Solid piece of kit, easy to assemble but you'll need to buy proper shield anchors if fixing it to concrete because the ones supplied were absolute shite, other than that very happy with the product and delivery was quick.

was surprised at the weight = was "better" then expected. Other then drilling the holes it went together in minutes and once tightened and secured to the steps was erected in 30 minutes. Do wish it had a drill template = but in hindsight I could done that just as easily with two pieces of craft paper.

Bought this because it had a nice design to it with the curved railing. Was pleasantly surprised with the heft of the hand rail, it's built very well and feels to be made of iron. Mine did arrive with one of the cut outs on the hand rail part being bent but that was an easy fix to straighten it up. I would recommend the instructions to be a bit more clearer. Overall quite satisfied!

I selected and installed this handrail for my mother and mother in law who are in their 90's. I loved the simplicity and ease of installation. Once installed I realized this could support an incredible amount of weight.
I also purchased a second one for my back steps!
