The are no installation instructions. The only thing included is really nothing more than a parts manual. Before I start drilling permanent holes in the concrete of my front porch, I'd really like instruction such as the proper location on the holes and how best to position them. And the recommended order of assembly, proper torque for tightening, any hints or suggestions to aid in installation.
I haven't had this issue with prior Vevor orders, if seems there has been a change in the company philosophy?

We needed a handrail on our existing from steps. This product was the right fit & although we had a contractor install, it wasn't a problem. Make sure you are ordering the correct rail according to your number of steps. It's a little confusing if you aren't a handyman!
It's sturdy & so far after a summer & winter, no chipping.
