Order arrived on time but rail does not work for 8 1/2 inch height steps. The last 2 support bars are short. Emailed support for instructions to return but was offered $20 refund to keep it. Rejected the offer and still waiting for a response after 48 hours . Called but no answer but a machine with message full.

The railing itself is built quite well happy with how solid that is. Main problem with this order was product packaging was very poor. Case was ripped open into two pieces multiple attempts to retape it shut. Was missing pieces from Parts bag and snap together both the base covers. Had to spend time cleaning rust stain deposits off of the railing spindles using solvent and auto wax. Unit looked well after investing time and cleaning it up. Had to order from another site snap together post base covers . Actual installation went easy very easy to install. The company did offer a $40 coupon code for my inconvenience which I accepted. Have ordered a second railing on good faith we will see how that goes?

Easy to assemble. Got code enforcement off my back. Would easily recommend and buy again. very pleased!

Very poor instructions. A shingle oxygen with everything on it, no step by step instructions. Quality product, just not easy to figure out how to install it.

This product did exactly what I wanted. Was easy to assemble and looked great. Was not impressed when it started rusting after 3 weeks after installation. Overall a good product.

Instructions could be better but the handrail is very sturdy and attached well to the concrete. Base caps were difficult to get in place.

The product arrived with one of the pieces bent, so I contacted the company and they told me to just un-bend it myself so I did that and it resulted in minor scratches. Finished product is sturdy, but it does look a bit clunky - see photos. Also, the part that covers the bolts is flimsy and it looks like it will fall apart soon. I think it is missing the screws to anchor it in place.

These railings are very good. I wish the directions had words on them however. I have purchased these several times and have kind of figured out how they work. I'm still left with eight screws at the end for some reason and I don't know what those are for. The directions are only diagrams so I have nothing to refer to. Plus the last two I purchased I had to trim and drill the railings on the side to make them fit. Overall a very good product except for those few items.

The one complaint I have on this product, it would have been nice if the instructions would have indicated what size drill bit should be used when put the railing into concrete. When I called for help there was none. Very poor information.
