I enjoy having the rail for my front door steps. The rails were easy to put together. The anchor bolts were a problem. Once the holes were drilled into the concrete and with the post base centered over the newly drilled hole the first anchor worked as expected, the next 2 would not tighten as planned. The bottom nut was turning with the bolt but not tightening up. I had to pull the 2nd and 3rd bolt out go to Home Depot and buy a package of bolts and they worked much better.

The two railings I ordered are very beautiful designed but unfortunately the paint was chipped and the person handling they can't did a very nice job to try to make up for it. I would have preferred to get the top rail unblemished but I do appreciate the consideration.

The second set was fine. The first set did NOT have the provided I me but stillcoverings for the base. I've asked for a set gambit reverie it! to be

The railing itself is built quite well happy with how solid that is. Main problem with this order was product packaging was very poor. Case was ripped open into two pieces multiple attempts to retape it shut. Was missing pieces from Parts bag and snap together both the base covers. Had to spend time cleaning rust stain deposits off of the railing spindles using solvent and auto wax. Unit looked well after investing time and cleaning it up. Had to order from another site snap together post base covers . Actual installation went easy very easy to install. The company did offer a $40 coupon code for my inconvenience which I accepted. Have ordered a second railing on good faith we will see how that goes?

Very poor instructions. A shingle oxygen with everything on it, no step by step instructions. Quality product, just not easy to figure out how to install it.

Ordered the railing but they sent a diesel heater instead. Cancelled the railing order To their credit, they refunded the railing cost and told me to keep the heater. Ordered the railing (same one) elsewhere.

Both rails arrived damaged. Neither was the right size and couldn't be used. The company refused to refund my purchase. Don't buy from this company!
