Good quality, looks fine and serves its purpose. However, the retaining bolts are an odd size and determining the correct drill bit size was a bit perplexing.

The product is very sturdy and looks great. I like the idea that the handrail adjusts to a variety of angles. This is very useful. However, with the adjustment, the product lacks a good way to lock-in the final angle of the handrail. The two sections have a disk on either end that fit together. A steel ball, split in half, contains a threaded rod on one side. The idea is to place the threaded rod through the opening where the disks come together. Then, you tighten the other half of the steel ball over the threaded rod. The problem is you can't tighten the two halves of the steel ball enough to keep the disks from slipping, changing the angle of the handrail. My solution was, after the two disks are anligned to the correct angle for the handrail, drill a hole through both disks and insert a small bolt to keep the hand rails and disks, from slipping. After doing that, the handrail maintains the correct angle and is strong.

Railing is adjustable and easy to install. Quite satisfied with the installation. If the post is on precast step then you want to make sure the depth of concrete exceed the depth of the anchor. Otherwise the anchor would not be affective.

Good value for the price. Purchased for neighbors new deck. Fine and sturdy after installation but awkward until the bolts are tightened, especially when a one person job. Looks good when finished. Added security climbing for the elderly.

Hallo, habe das Geländer gut montierten können und bin auch mit der Qualität zufrieden. Aber ich möchte auch ein großes Minus bei der Verbindungskugel verteilen. Obwohl ich selber Mechaniker bin, kann man diese Kugel nicht richtig fest anziehen, sondern nur mit der Hand ohne einen Werkzeugschlüssel z.B 13er Maulschlüssel. Das Ergebnis ist, ein Geländer das wackelt und dadurch unsicher ist.

It was gorgeous and sturdy when installed. But within 4 months, it began to rust, and at that time we were in a heat drought. The screw coverings are now so rusted they will break. We had a surge and docks problem and will have to repair the walkway and remove this anyway to throw out, but will install something more sturdy and more rust proof. The only good thing, we got it put in before a backyard party, so nobody saw it ugly.
