J'ai acheté 2 rampes du même modele. Produit de très bonne qualité. Deux critiques cependant : - les extrémités des rampes ne sont pas courbées de la même façon ; courbe d'amplitude différente entre les deux modèles. Comme elles sont posées très proche l'une de l'autre, c'est très disgracieux. - les cache- pieds carrés en fer très léger sont vraiment de la quincaillerie. This is an excellent product. The only problems encountered in installation were the drill bit provided will not fit into a DIY hammer drill and the casting on the top of one of the posts has cracked (possibly due to the sub-zero temperatures experienced since installation). We have found it to be a great help negotiating the back steps.

The bolts to hold into cement steps were not the best. I had to go to ACE and buy some stronger expandable bolts. Othe than that the railing worked fine.

Quick delivery, great price, easy install. Rated "easy to use" a 4 due to a bur I needed to grind off in order to fit the handrail to one of the legs. Nice hardware provided including a masonary drill bit.

Great product except the metal covers that covers the screws on the pole are bent and can't be used railing can still be used just don't look as good

d'après le descriptif, nous pensions qu'elle était réglable en longueur, nous nous sommes adaptés. facile de montage sauf que le foret ne s'adapte pas à toutes les perceuses. qualité moindre pour les caches boulons.

I like the looks and it works well. The cement anchors were not good so I had to purchase better ones.

The railings are well manufactured. One of the hardware/mounting covers was bent-possibly in shipping. I installed that in the back to be less noticeable. New Jersey residents: be sure to order railings with spindles on all rails or it will not meet code. No open rails, in other words.I will continue using Trevor products.

Nice railings. Unfortunately, all 3 sets arrived with with damaged flange covers. These were poorly packed.. You could see how the covers were resting on the railings throughout the shipping process and all 6 of those flange covers were dented. Otherwise a very nice product that worked well
