It's well built and not too difficult to install. I liked the included drill bit. I had to attach the top end of the hand rail to the house to stabilize the railing, a fastener hole or bracket would be nice.

Very good quality and at a great price. Way less costly than the bigger stores. They look as good as the price.

We bought this hand rail as an addition to our steep granite garden steps. We were not disappointed, it looks stylish, it's strong and even our odd job man who put it up for us was impressed, not only with the quality but also all of the additional screws, bits etc which I am told were really good quality & detailed. He went on to say it was one of the best he's seen and will reccomend this product to his customers.Happy all round !

Strongly recommend these Handrails. Came with everything required for installation and fixing. Very good quality, well constructed and they look high end. Customer is very happy. Will be definitively purchasing these again for future customers.

Good solid quality and very good value. Easy to fit. The supplied drill bit didn't fit my SDS drill but I had one to hand that did the job.

Octogenarian parents lost confidence going out if patio doors down 2 steps. Social services taking forever, so I bought pair of rails. Easy to fit within an hour. My parents are now no longer trapped in their own home to go into their garden; alternative route is becoming scary: 4 steep steps within 2 feet of brick wall.
