just what I needed

I had looked at many one and two step handrails before purchasing this item for a side door. I thought that it was the safest and aesthetic because of the curved ends of the top rail. I waited until after installation before I purchased a second rail for the front step of the house. I was pleased with the ease of installation. The only slight problem I found was the beauty caps that covered the provided concrete anchor bolts was a little different shape than the foot of the handrails. Not enough of an issue to keep me from purchasing again and recommending the handrail to others.

Looks great! Just be careful not to make the holes to big when mounting on concrete, or the bolts may not hold.

J'ai commandé cette rampe pour faciliter l'accès du mobil home à mes parents. J'ai utilisé des boulons de types "polier" pour fixer la rampe aux marches. Peinture parfaite, pas de trace de rouille. Facile à installer, s'adapte au différence de hauteur des marches.

The instructions were not helpful. Just a simple stick diagram with some letters corresponding to parts. No mention of the drill size needed. In fact, no drill was included in the package. The stairs themselves were quite sturdy which was appreciated.

Excellent product. Robust , stylish looking in difference to piped handrails you see What let’s it down is fitting instructions , the fittings , size of drill to use . . This could be significantly improved. . Only because I consider myself a handyman I got around the fitting problems I had. Once fitted it looks great. Adds a pound or two on value of house !.

Another DIY project my husband undertook, and it was easy to install and is super stable. So nice we didn't have to do something more expensive just for one step.

Great product , easy to install and it looks good !

It was fairly easy to install and it seems very sturdy so far. It fit my 2 step granite steps although I wish the top rail was just a little longer making it easier for an elderly person to grab. I originally bought the 2-3 step rail but had to return that b/c that does not work for a two step configuration unless you put one of the post on the top landing or into the ground but that would not have held as good and would’ve been more involved to install. I also didn’t like the look of it. Overall, happy with the product and would definitely use again.
