I received it first part of August. I have applied for a refund, was supposed to receive an email from Vevor. Never did, and now I have a heat press machine I don't want.
I am very unhappy with customer service. I learned a valuable lesson.

Crystal Heat press this version isn't good and not worth the money.
The temperature doesnt stay at the right temperature and its really hard to set it in the firat place. The two mats are weird to use and slip all over the place. When you turn the top plate away to place you next piece it jerks the whole machine. Do not buy this machine. Spend a bit more for a different model.

J'ai acheté en Mai cette presse à chaud pour mon activité de flocage textile, nous sommes en juillet et la presse est complètement dégradé !
le plateau n'est plus a plat, les vis à l'intérieur frotte une paroi et ça fait pleins de particules noirs, qui au passage m'ont taché des T-shirts blanc pour des clients, pendant que j'était entrain de floquer. Franchement je suis tellement déçu, car je voyais les commentaires négatif et aussi positif et je me suis dit que j'allais tenter en voyant ce que ça aller donner. Et bien TRÈS DÉÇU comme la plupart de ces commentaires.. Il vaut mieux mettre un certains prix, plutôt que d'acheter cette presse à moins de 150€ mais qui ne fait pas dutout l'affaire !

I received the product which was ok but not what I expected. I attempted to contact customer service to setup a return and never heard back from anyone after multiple attempts. HORRIBLE customer service and I definitely will not be using Vevor products strictly due to poor communication and customer service.

J'ai la presse Vevor 10 en 1.
Déçu que les fixations (vis) pour faire des stylos soit trop courts, du coup je ne peux pas les tester 😥
Le reste fonctionne très bien.
