Have not been able to use the Heat Press successfully. The machine does not beep when it is hot to know when to start. The first test burnt my T shirt

I haven't unpacked it yet it's still in the box we are redoing the craft room with wood flooring then I will get to unpack it and then give another review

So far so good, it is doing the job and is doing it better than I would have expected considering the price and Don't expect a high quality well made looking machine but as I said does the job and a good starting point for a hobbyist. Clearer and more instruction would have been good but it wasn't too hard to work out.

Je pense qu'on ma refilé une machine deja utilisée et abîmée, par ailleurs la température oscille en permanence et ne se maintient pas, et surtout, impossible de realiser mes transferts avec, jai du retourner a mon fer a repasser... super pour le prix que jai payé. Je ne recommande pas du tout

Compré una máquina 5 en 1 en la web oficial y ha sido una experiencia nefasta. La máquina llegó completamente descuadrada, con la base torcida y tornillos pasados de rosca que son imposibles de ajustar por el propio diseño del brazo. Es un producto que no ha pasado ningún control de calidad básico. Lo peor es el servicio de atención al cliente: abrí un ticket de reclamación y, tras varios días, solo recibo respuestas automáticas prometiendo soluciones que nunca llegan. He tenido que comprar otra máquina en otro sitio para no paralizar mi trabajo y he procedido a reclamar el dinero a través de mi entidad bancaria por incumplimiento de garantía. No recomiendo comprar aquí si esperas un producto profesional o un soporte mínimo ante fallos de fábrica. Una decepción absoluta.

Is good within the limits of the price (I would not buy it again and invest the 200 more for a good one) but yes for the price and the option it’s not too bad; give you the possibilities to start playing with the process

It worked good for a few days then suddenly the pressure it applies wasn't enough and I had to start pushing the images in with my fingers after pressing (it hurt) and it started leaving metal shavings everywhere from the swivel bar.

SALUT j'ai vraiment était déçu par vos service et la qualité de vos appareils !!! par obligation j'ai re acheter une presse a chaud car celle que j'avais acheter il y a un peu plus d'un an donc plus garantie et le problème c est que vous êtes pas capable de fournir de la pièces de rechange ce qui est vraiment dommage avec un appareil récent !!!et le comble c'est quand vous avez envoyer la pièce pour remplacer la défectueuse après mainte et mainte réclamations et bien celle que vous nous avez fourni était aussi défectueuse (erreur 1)et après plusieurs mails sans réponse nous avons abandonner !!!! et j'espère que la neuve que nous avons acheter et je le répète par obligation ne tombera pas aussi en panne !! car impossible a réparer !! cordialement ps: je sais très bien qu' il n'y auras pas suite a mon mail car il y auras toujours qq qui achètera chez vous et qu une personne comme moi est une goutte d'eau parmi les millions d'autres potentiels acheteurs
