I ordered this pole a while ago and when I went to set it up today I realized one of the pieces is malfunctioned. It will not spin into place due to the ridges of the metal being off alignment. It is very disappointing not being able to use the pole that costed $100

I was really excited to get this pole, it is a new hobby I’ve taken up. The price was very reasonable! However when I received the item, I realized shortly after that I could not put it together. I messaged the seller and was told I would receive a refund. I sent a video of the product, I watched the videos provided on the website as the tutorial but the pieces I received are not fitting to each other. It has been almost a month and I still have not received a refund.
