Jon I Wrong description
The image is of a right step but the description says left. I thought maybe the AI images were wrong but nope, they sent a right step. Doesn’t fit my pool and I have no cover this winter.

dltlbaker Disappointing
Very unhappy with this purchase. The material is very very thin . The springs leave a gap between the ground and the connection point which is a tripping hazard. Please contact me to discuss.

Victor Surprise surprise
We were getting ready to open the pool for the season, and when we were getting ready to do it we saw one of the panels belonging the cocer has several holes... it is strange since apparently it seems to be one single panel/section and the rest seems fine.... could a racoon or an opossum might have cause it? Not sure, but it's unlikely this just has happened after just one single use 😢

Zielony Pasuje do basenów 4x8 m
Fits well .There was a spot where the exterior binding had separated from the cover. It was only about an inch but had expanded to about 4 inches .Im concerned about that increasing over the winter. As well one of the metal tips on a strap has come off .It seemed like too much trouble to remove the cover and ship it back and we wanted to close the pool. For that amount of money I expected better.

GD ne correspond pas vraiment
Zielony Pasuje do basenów 4x8 m
d'après le dessin il y aurait beaucoup de sangle
MAIS IL N'Y EN A À PEINE LA MOITIÉ, ce qui rend la fixation beaucoup plus difficile-DOMMAGE !

Kevin Pool Cover
Bought this pool cover before winter.
Installed easy, drilled all holes and installed supplied brass anchors etc. comes with the tool to install springs easy.
install went well aside from it being a little too big but its a shelf item and not a custom size.
my biggest complaint is that when the cover took on snow, a couple of the spring/retention clips let go. the cover didnt let go but i had to tighten others and rig the missing clips with other hardware to hold.
about 4 inches of snow had it sagging pretty good, not sure a good snowfall of 8+ wont collapse the cover if not cleared.

Rick Mr
Great price. Lower quality fittings. Constantly having to tighten the straps. Hoping that it will last a couple of years . Probably would not purchase again.

Pool cover was missing a part and I’ve been waiting for over 4 months now to receive the part. Very disappointed
