The cabinet slides seem the work well. Only issue I had was the shipping of the product to me. The slides was supposed to have arrived in a few days and it took a few weeks. Shipment supposedly was shipped to a different address in a different state. Not sure why because VEVOR was given the correct address.

The first box of 10 we ordered came and more than half the soft close features (red plastic part) were broken. We determined or guessed the box was likely dropped in shipping and due to our cold area, they were brittle and broke. Vevor sent us a whole replacement box and they were fine. Your return department was great to work with.
Over time, we'll determine if the soft close feature lasts as these were quite a bit cheaper than box store prices. They seem heavy duty enough, installation is a pain but that's all side close sliders, not just because of this brand. I'm sure I'll learn better tricks over time.

Good quality and we'll see how they last over time.
The supplied screws make installation a pain: they are philips flat heads which move the slider when you screw them in, ruining your exact placement. Instead, I used robertson truss head screws which avoid this problem and allow to precise adjustment after screwing in.
