When i receive the item it came with wrong electric plug. I had to get vevor all the numbers, take pictures and jump through all kind of hoops to get anything done. I don’t understand why they couldn’t just send me the correct cord.

Reçu une glacière qui ne fonctionne pas. Signalé dès la réception et toujours rien du SAV après 6 jours et après de nombreux échanges. Déçu , difficile de recommander le site, le service et le produit. Aucun contact en France

Kühlbox wurde defekt geliefert. Kühlflüssigkeit tritt aus. Nach langen hin und her schreiben wurde Geld erstattet. Jetzt steht die defekte Kühlbox hier rum, da auf Retourschein keine Antwort kam. Mfg

La glacière frigo est super en soi. Je l’ai utilisé l’été dernier 2025. Lors d’un road trip. Elle a fonctionné parfaitement pendant le mois de voyage. J’ai voulu la rallumer cette année. Nous sommes au mois de mai2026. La glacière m’affiche le code F2. Donc au final pour avoir un retour, la glacière a servi un mois et ne fonctionne plus et impossible d’avoir une assistance ou ne serait-ce qu’une garantie..

Worked for a few hours before there came a enoying sound from the box. Unsure if it low on gas etc, but its not usable. VEVOR supprt has not bothered doing anything even after countless support messages...

Ich habe den Kühlschrank zurück geschickt.Weil das Plastegehäuse ,des Kühlschranks kaputt war.Also kann ich keine Bewertung abgeben

Ich kannte Vevor vorher nicht aber ich wollte ihnen eine Chance geben. Das bereue ich mittlerweile sehr. Die Kühlbox ist leider deutlich lauter als meine Dometic Kühlbox, was bei dem Preis noch OK wäre wenn dieses unangenehme, hochfrequente Fiepen nicht wäre. Die Knöpfe lassen sich nur sehr träge bedienen, daran könnte man sich zwar gewöhnen, nervt aber sehr. Daher möchte ich die Kühlbox zurücksenden. Seit 4 Tagen schreibe ich täglich an den Support (scheinbar nur KI), den KI Chat, den Support Chat (nach dem die KI nicht helfen konnte und mich weitergeleitet hat) und habe immer noch kein Rücksendelabel. Man bekommt nämlich nur eines, wenn man zuvor den Support kontaktiert und seinen Reklamationsgrund mit Fotos und Videos belegt. Mittlerweile wäre ich auch bereit den Rückversand innerhalb von Deutschland selbst zu übernehmen, aber auch dafür brauche ich eine Antwort und eine Rücksendeadresse. Alles in allem ist diese Erfahrung furchtbar und ich werde nichts mehr bei Vevor kaufen und auch allen in der Familie und Freunden davon abraten. Es ist scheinbar kein seriöses Unternehmen.
