Unsere hat nach 8 Monaten leider den Geist aufgegeben, ging einfach nicht mehr an.
Nachdem ich den Support kontaktiert habe, wurde mir ein Video zugeschickt wie man die halbe Kühlbox zerlegt und den Fehler so wohl beheben kann, hat aber leider nicht funktioniert. Nach einigen Nachrichten hin und her habe ich mein Geld zurück bekommen.

The Good:
Solid Cooling Performance
As a fridge and freezer, this unit actually does its job well
Noise Level: Impressively silent. You can easily sleep in a van or car with this running nearby without being disturbed.
Portability: The 20L size is the "sweet spot" for solo trips or weekend getaways.
The Bad: Connectivity & Tech Support
This is where the experience falls apart. If you are buying this specifically for the Bluetooth/App control, look elsewhere.
Bluetooth Issues: Despite following all instructions, the unit simply refuses to connect to the app.
Poor Customer Support: I opened a support ticket to resolve the connectivity issue, but the response was underwhelming. There seems to be a "sold and forgotten" mentality; once they have your money, they aren't interested in troubleshooting technical glitches or software bugs.

La contenance est correcte, la consommation électrique est maîtrisée.
Le gros point négatif est le bruit qu’elle fait en fonctionnement. Elle glougloute dés qu’elle produit du froid, c’est très dérangeant surtout la nuit. Je la mets à l’extérieur du van pour ne pas être dérangé.
Est-ce bien normal ou y a-t-il un défaut ?
Pourrais avoir un retour du SAV ?

No a defraudo el funcionamiento ya que le indicas 5 grados y no llega a bajar no de 10, con el consiguiente consimo de energía por que esta el compresor encendido todo el rato para intentar llegar a dicha temperatura, me gusta todo de el pero el funcionamiento no es el que te venden ya que si no baja de 10 grados difícil veo que pueda bajar de menos 0 grados, espero solución de atencion al cliente.
