il prodotto che ho acquistato non corrisponde alle caratteristiche che cercavo. Ho richiesto più volte di effettuare il reso, ma purtroppo non ho mai ricevuto un'assistenza concreta e, di fatto, è stato impossibile restituirlo.
Sono molto deluso sia dal prodotto sia dal servizio clienti. Per questo motivo non posso consigliare questo venditore.

The 13L portable refrigerator was disappointing for my needs. Although the build quality seems good, the external dimensions are quite large compared to the usable internal storage space. In my opinion, the interior capacity is too limited for its overall size, so I decided to return it.

Ho acquistato un Frigo portatile da campeggio, ma è arrivato non funzionante, ho chiesto assistenza, e all'inizio mi dicevano: "non si preoccupi, non si preoccupi" poi mi hanno mandato delle istruzioni, come se io dovevo essere in grado di smontare il frigo e ripararlo, poi non si è fatto sentire più nessuno, non riesco più a parlare con qualcuno, ne a fare il reso perché, se digito reso mi dice che non ho ancora ordini, anche se nella tracciabilità c'è scritto consegnato.

Ich versuche seit Tagen den Artikel zurück zu senden, der Service von Vevor ist jedoch nicht in der Lage mir ein Rücksendeettiket bereit zu stellen. Ich verschwende meine kostbare Lebenszeit damit mit dem Kundenservice hin und her zu schreiben und hingehalten zu werden. Ich möchte es zurück senden und mir wird ein Rabatt angeboten nach mehreren Tagen, obwohl ich Klipp und klar sagen das ich es zurück senden möchte da ich schon einen anderen bei euch bestellt habe.

La température est difficile à régler, le manuel n'identifie pas bien le compartiment actif, l'autre compartiment, le petit est variable (non réglable) entre 11 et 17°.
Le grand compartiment varie en permanence entre 0 et 7°, très déçu de ce mauvais fonctionnement

Cette glacière a deux compartiments, le plus grand est le congélateur , et une toute petite zone frigo. Impossible de Switcher sur ce modèle. Il faut bien lire avant d’acheter.

The fridge is quite spacious, you can fit horizontally 0,7L bottles and plus is you can easily switch the lid from left to right. The nnoise level during operation is much lower than I expected. However… the 12V socket is somehow unplugging itself from the Ecoflow battery. I have at least 10 different aplliances and this never ever happened. The only way how I can keep the plug to stay in, is to physically put something heavy in front of it. Totally annoying. You come back from a trip and find your fridge off and 20 degrees inside :-(
