Your customer service department said YOUR dc to dc charger worked fine and I needed a new inverter. Bought one, installed it, and yes, the VEVOR dc to dc charger was bad. Now they won’t let me return product.

I purchased a 1500W power inverter on June 14th, 2026. The product arrived defective and non-functional from the very first moment. As soon as I received it, I confirmed it was not working and opened a formal complaint on June 20th, providing photos and video evidence of the defect (Ticket #3500608). For several days I received no useful response. A second ticket was opened (#3518763). From that point on, the support agent responded repeatedly with the exact same generic message: that my case had been escalated, marked as urgent, and that the technical team would get back to me as soon as possible. That same copy-paste reply came back every single time I followed up. On June 29th, after sending a formal notice threatening legal action and a chargeback through Klarna, VEVOR's team acknowledged my case and confirmed they would send a replacement unit. I accepted and confirmed I wanted the replacement. Their response: "the team has been notified and will respond as soon as possible." On June 30th I asked where the replacement was. On July 1st, the answer was — again — "your case has been escalated and marked as urgent." Today is July 5th, 2026. It has been 21 days since I received a defective product. I have no replacement unit, no tracking number, and no refund. VEVOR's support system is designed to exhaust the customer with delays and copy-paste responses until they give up. When faced with a formal ultimatum, they made a promise they did not keep. This is not an isolated communication failure — it is a pattern. I have initiated a chargeback through Klarna for a product not as described, and filed a formal complaint with the Spanish Consumer Arbitration Board (Junta Arbitral de Consumo). I am a regular VEVOR customer and a business owner. I purchase tools and equipment frequently. This situation could have been resolved with a simple replacement on day one. Instead, VEVOR chose three weeks of delays, false promises, and automated responses. I do not recommend purchasing from VEVOR if you expect any form of after-sales support when something goes wrong.

Che dire...ci sta che ho sbagliato io l'acquisto...l'ho comprato per un compressore piccolo da mettere sul furgone del lavoro...non ce la fa. In teoria ho buttato i soldi...lo uso per caricarci le batterie degli attrezzi da lavoro.

Salve, l'inverter acquistato è di ottima potenza ma purtroppo credo che l'onda pura non sia tanto veritiera visto che la piastra ad induzione si blocca nel menu mentre con l'inverter che avevo funzionava perfettamente oltre che ancora funziona sempre ottimamente con la corrente di casa
