Desidero segnalare un episodio spiacevole legato alla consegna del mio pacco. Il corriere si è mostrato maleducato e poco professionale, lamentandosi ripetutamente per il peso del pacco e riferendo di avere mal di schiena. Capisco che il lavoro sia faticoso, ma come lavoratore anch’io affronto ogni giorno le mie responsabilità senza lamentarmi. Se un corriere ha problemi fisici tali da non poter svolgere il proprio compito, dovrebbe valutare un congedo per malattia o un’occupazione più adatta alle sue condizioni. Il comportamento mostrato mina la fiducia che i clienti ripongono sia nell’azienda di spedizione sia nei venditori: esperienze così rischiano di scoraggiare futuri acquisti. Mi auguro che questa segnalazione venga presa in considerazione per migliorare il servizio e garantire rispetto verso i clienti.

Attention : la boule fait 50,8 donc trop gros pour nos model métrique. Ca a bloqué complètement mon attelage que j'ai du le démonter pour extraire la boule de VEVOR. J'ai acheté une boule sur Amazon en pas de vis M19 et maintenant ça marche sans soucis.

The unit only has one height instead of the 2 in the description.

The product is a bargain, but part F did not fit the holes for it. I had to bend it about 2" wider to make it fit. The owner's manual had some mistakes. It said to make sure there was enough gas in the tires, but they are solid rubber, not pneumatic. The "tools needed" just said socket wrench without specifying socket size, and another wrench is needed to keep the bolt from turning when the nut is tightened. Also, the photo is of a combination box/open end wrench, not a socket wrench. Assembly would be easier if the wheels went on last rather than first, as more leverage is needed to tighten wheel nuts, and the product tends to roll around when assembling the handle. An option should be given to supply it with a 2" ball rather than 1 7/8, as 2" is more common.

Good product. Does the job. But I use it with the Hitch ball tube on top of the pin as I need it higher to move my boat. It gets very wobbly but still works. I am going to try to buy a good steel drill bit to make my own hole for the height I need the pin at

2 inch supplied tow ball not great. Need a smaller 50 mm tow ball in fact. I bought one of those 50 mm but the shank threads alas do not match the jockey socket on the wheeler. Otherwise a well constructed and finished design with fast delivery.
