When I opened the box the parts pack was broken and all the parts were loose in the box and when I retrieved the loose parts items were missing, also the 2 bottom plates were scratched up.
When I started to assemble the unit, the instruction manual did not correspond 100% to the parts pack supplied, there wer some parts not indicated in the drawings.

This works well and stands up the some weight. Not sure the guage metal is as strong as they same as you can over tighten easy and see the metal deform. All and all though I’d still recommend it and use it to move stuff all over my property behind the mower.
