Never received trailer. Company had to reinburse my money.

Do not buy this item. Horrible experience. The shaft that is supposed to fit into your golf cart trailer or Tractor did not fit inside the other piece. It should slide right in and then you put a screws through it. I hurt my foot pretty badly trying to jam this piece in I had several people try nobody could get it and it’s worthless without this because you can’t hook it to anything. I called asked for someone from the company to call me. Never get a call back nobody ever called and they told me they have no spare parts lol. Well this is a lie because they have more wagons and all they had to do is take this piece from another one and yes, they wouldn’t be able to sell that one, but they would’ve made a customer at least satisfied. Also the screws if you tighten them too much which is easy to do it’s not very much at all. They go right through the metal. And then you have to find new hardware. When this happened, there’s nobody you can talk to you on the phone. You have to send an email and wait a day or two till they get around to typing back to you. They provided no solution that works for the customer they sent you a prepaid shipping label, but you have to box this whole thing up after you’ve put it all together. Lol you’ve put the whole thing together tighten these screws which isn’t easy cause they’re cheaply made and then they want you to take it all apart and mail it back to get a resolution? Are you kidding me this company as a joke I’m contacting the Better Business Bureau. They did nothing for the sake of the customer. I will never use them again and I’m gonna share my experience on every platform I can.

Not the best customer service from Vevor. I sent two emails without any response. One piece was broken upon arrival and I immediately sent an email then a couple of days later and now it’s been about three weeks roughly without any reply. I’m frustrated with this service. John

I have got tis trailer on Oct 06,2026. The box arrived to my house but I could not received it since I had to go to important appointment so the box was send to Purolator facility 40 km away from my house. Box was damaged on three sides and I asume that was the reason for few damages done to parts of a trailer. Railing was bent could not fit properly into side of a cargo box. In addition one of bushing where rail should snap into it had a hole for spring loaded dimple of rail drilled on opposit side than other 3 bushings of corners of cargo box. I had to drill new hole. Rear side of cargo box had hinges welded slightly shifted so rear gate could not be instaled and quite a bit of fileing was required. Gaps in every corner so big that you can loose cargo like top soil or sand. It is good to carry chopped wood like your pictures on your side shows. Shhet metal on cargo box too thin so box is flimsy and easy to damage. Paint job very poor quality. Smudges and excess running paint everywhere. Just looking bad. In past I bought meny things fro Vevor and I was quite happy but that trailer did not meet my expectation so I can not recomended it to other people.

I never received this unit, as you probably use a bad courier, so you cancelled the order and reimbursed me.

Arrived damaged. Took 5 days of no reply frustrion to get a response. The they wanted to do the Chinese Waltz and offer me $70. I refused. A couple days later I got an RA. Just don't do business with these people.

Package came in a good timely manner but the hardware was torn apart, I have missing bolts and the drive shaft does fit in the hole, the hole cut for it is too small or too much paint. I might have to use a press to even get it in. Very annoyed with this as it had such good reviews online and on here
