I haven't used it yet but the pieces look really good. The bag is just plain cheap and stupid. It loads from the end and you have to sit there and juggle the pieces around if you have any hope to close the top of the bag. For what they charge for the pole, they should have included a larger bag that zippers on the side so you can lay the bag on the ground and easily grab the pieces you need. I'm going to have to spend more money to buy a bag that is designed properly. I'm dissappointed with that.

I’ve been using this product few times now and I’ve noticed all the nuts and bolts come loose and I have lost a few of them while using it. Also all the pins holding the grip on each pole slowly come out causing safety hazard.

I used this Pole saw as soon I it was delivered. It worked great, the blade seems strong and cuts well. I noticed that several rivets were coming out. I pressed them back in place. Each time I use it I have the same problem, now the rivets are falling out, I'm not sure how much longer the saw will be usable. I'm very disappointed that These rivets have reduced the stability of the unit.

It's not that I don't like this thing, I actually do, however for some reason the pruner scissors are very loose. Still attached and still cut (for now) but I've looked at close ups and can't figure out what went wrong. Good points: If you have a huge tree like I do (Mimosa) that gets out of control easily, it's a great tool. I've used it fully extended with the manual blade and it took 2 of us older ladies to do it, but got the job done. Blades are certainly sharp enough. Just very disappointed in my wobbly pruner that I use frequently for the shooters. I think some rivits may have come apart where the screws are? Not sure. Overall good price for what it is I guess.

Rubber handles smell like death and it permeates the skin. Could get the smell out for a day even though i washed my hands 10+ times. Covered in glass fiber dust from drilling of the holes. Not nice. The long rod works as expected i.e. it flexes a lot, but does hold up. Saw is hard to use as it is not very sharp, and it is difficult to put pressure when using the saw at 3 meters + length Overall, not recommended unless you have some smaller branches that you just fiecely hate, and you don't have a ladder.

When extended to the full the pole is heavy and has way too much flex in it . It bows considerably. The cutting head is sharp but made from thin metal and takes a long long time to cut a branch . I regret buying

Has tons of little pieces of fiberglass all over the poles I unpacked them and as you screw on each stick more fiberglass sheds off onto your hands not the most pleasant feeling in between your fingers but works well and does its job

La ficelle a lâché au bout de 10 coupes. La lame du sécateur se met de travers et finit complètement abîmée. Au bout d’une heure de travail l’ensemble sécateur s’est desserti de son support. Qualité de produit plus que médiocre et fini hors service à sa première utilisation. Une honte.
