The first 2 shells I ordered, we're all metal. Even the shelf part, all the other ones are fiberboard. For the shelf part, I don't know what happened. I'd rather have the metal part

I'm very happy with these shelf units. A little time consuming to assemble. I am missing a post part for 1 of the 3 units I bought. I have reached out to VEVOR customer service for a replacement. Hopefully they will make it right for me. This is my first purchase from VEVOR, I hope to continue making purchases with them

had difficulty putting the shelf together due to the wobbly nature of the metal posts..this is largely due to the thinness of the metal used in the fabrication of the metal posts....however when supported by an extra pair of hands this should be less of a problem....an other issue was the metal knobs on the rails which go into the pre drilled slots on the posts did not line up on 2 occasions....upper knob fitted in nicely where as the bottom knob did not...overall once together the shelf was pretty rigid and firm and held my tools and motor oils and anti freeze products securely and the shelf stood squarely on the floor surface of my garage without leaning or sagging...would give it a rating of 7 out of 10 in terms of quality and pricing

I purchased two of these shelves to replace the shelves that my son drove the car into in our garage. The assembly was really quick and easy. The shelves seem like they will hold plenty of weight. I’ve got them loaded up with everything that came off the old shelves and they seem to be doing fine.

Not quite as nice as the Gorilla brand, but a close second.

Purchased 3 of these for extra storage in the garage. Obviously the price was good and the structure of the shelves seems solid but the shelves themselves are a strange combination of thin metal panels and cross pieces which warp and do not provide a flat or stable surface on which to place things. I had a collection of bottles i wanted to place on one shelf and the uneven surface of the shelves made it virtually impossible to line up rows of bottles because they would lean and tip over into each other 😳. i ended up cutting 3/8" OSB and replacing the shelves with it and all works much better now

This was my first time ordering directly from the Vevor website. In the past I bought my Vevor products through Wayfair and never had a problem. I ordered two shelving units this time. The first was perfect, exactly what I expected. The second was a different story. When my kids and I opened it to assemble it, it had a strong cat urine smell, and the shelves were scratched up. There was also a residue left on the shelves, which I assume was from the cat urine, and we had to wipe it off. It was clearly a used unit, not new. The smell has now spread, and our whole basement stinks of cat pee. It’s not healthy for anyone to receive a product in this condition, and it’s unacceptable to send out something like this. On top of that, there’s no way to speak with a real person by phone. You have to submit a ticket through chat, which is frustrating when you’re dealing with a problem like this. I own a business, and almost all of the furniture I’ve bought for it has come from Vevor, so this is especially disappointing. I expected better from a company I’ve trusted for so many purchases. I hope Vevor addresses this and makes sure used or returned items aren’t being sent out as new.
