ronmartin164 Wrong sized escutcheons.
The handrails are for an elderly customer and while attaching the railing posts to the concrete step and sidewalk, I noticed that the escutcheons don't fit over the uprights. I will need to try and cut the opening to fit the posts. Otherwise, my customer likes the railings.

The hand railing is well made. It was easy to install, however there was no Instructions how to install it if you are not sure how. Also I had missing screws. I contacted support and got no help getting the missing screws. At this time the railing is installed with raw looking screws. I cannot find the type of screws that did come with the railing.
