Good customer service with kind help

Muy buena la máquina, justamente lo que estaba buscando para mi pequeño negocio de pan, gracias por crear un producto tan bueno

Many safety features make little bit difficulty to use, would be better if it includes slicer as well. Overall great product

It took longer to get it delivered than told. But it was worth the wait! Everything works great. It's a good quality mixer!

Estoy muy satisfecho con la adquisición, ya que esta respondiendo a mis espectativas, fácil de manejar, limpiar. Bien, muy bien, recomiendo su compra

the price is just half of the many brands, but the quality is high. I used for more than two weeks and no issues so far. Good helping hand in my kitchen.

Amazing mixer ! Quiet and tough. Thanks VEVOR I love your products. It's beyond my expectations. It comes with 3 basic attachments. It is a great mixer !

When a new mixer was needed, I started looking and found this one on VEVOR. It is much heavier than my previous mixer, but that would be a good thing as bread making always pushed my old mixer to the max. When it arrived I was stunned. It needed it's own spot off the counter so we purchased a heavy duty cart to hold the mixer. When we had a small issue with getting it started, I sent an email to customer service. Their response was super fast and they asked very detailed questions so they could give the correct answer. We did figure it out on our own (it was user error). I sent a new email to customer service telling them we figured out the problem and they followed through twice to make sure it was working for us. Now - I love it! My first use was for a double batch of dinner rolls, which it handled with ease. Sometimes I look at the size of the bowl and think it's not worth using for something smaller, but it is because clean up is a breeze.
