They sent me a mixer, it's not in working order, I asked to return it and in the end I was offered to return $500 and keep it for myself, I agreed, but in the end this mixer is not suitable for work at all, it can't knead soft dough. I ask you to return the full cost and give me the mixer. They don't answer me and they don't take action!

It seems that the machine is old and completely damaged. This was not expected from a reputed company like Vevor. We needed it on an urgent basis, and because of this issue we are now losing business.

J'ai l'achète car la date qu'ont promis m'avais convenu, mais la machine a arrivée 1 semaine et demi après, et quand j'essaie de la faire marcher, pas de fonctionnement et en plus est trop lourd pour essayer pour tourner auteur de tout la maison, et maintenant j'ai déjà payé mais aucune idée de pourquoi ne marche pas, et est trop pour le faire bouger avec une spécialiste

Never delivered it. Went back and forth several weeks with customer support who accomplished nothing! Tracking says it’s been sitting local for 3 weeks now! Horrible horrible service. Called the freight company 5 times after they were a no show several weeks ago I requested a refund several times and was brushed off! Never do business with this company again

Worst mixer and customer service ever. Arrived yesterday and tried to use it today. Machine skips and makes noise. It not shut off and won’t turn back on. There is fluid leaking out of the machine also Reached out to support and went over an hour with no response. Started a new chat and was told to wait 24-48 hours for a reply. Asked to be escalated and no answers again. Still have no answers and still have a broken mixer. Worst customer service ever!!!

I bought the 15L mixer, 600 watt. Crate came upside down from Fedex, luckily nothing was damaged. I actually had to get it off the truck myself. Mixer works good but the track that the bowl moves up and down on seems kind of sloppy, resulting in a lot of noise when its running. I found out after the fact that extra bowls or attachments are not available for purchase. Despite the seemingly decent quality and price, no replaceable extras is a deal breaker.

Ho acquistato questo prodotto ed è arrivato con un buco nella scatola, l'impastatrice però non era ammaccata. Dopo averla collegata alla corrente si è accesa per un secondo la luce che indica che l'impastatrice funziona e poi si è spenta, gradirei dell'aiuto visto che ho speso 550€ e non va.

Very disappointed with this mixer. It struggles with dough, makes loud noises, and feels cheaply made. Definitely not suitable for commercial use as advertised. To make things worse, VEVOR is refusing to accept a return despite the clear defects. I would not recommend this product or the company.
