Alfred Bennett Doesn’t work anymore
The chipper doesn’t work can’t get it started.The pulley won’t start can’t get it started. Cleaning the chipper to get it started is a pain removed the nuts to separate the chipper to clean it and put it back together and the studs 2ea have stripped had to retap the studs. I need to get a repair authorization for this to be repaired locally.

First, poor assembly instructions which makes the process longer than it needs to be.
The chipper works, but the bag that is supposed to affix to the machine to collect the mulch is the worst design I've had the misfortune of experiencing. There's no reliable way to fix the bag onto the mulcher, so get ready to have a frustrating battle with that, with mulch flying all over the place because of the poor design. After the 3rd use of the machine, the cheap drawstring that is supposed to (but does a miserable job at it) keep the bag fixed to the chipper broke.
If there's one thing I love doing when I'm out doing yard work, it's yard work. Not trying to fix poorly designed items. I suppose you get what you pay for. I'll not be using Vevor to purchase again and will instead source from my local stores.

Karan 2" max capacity
The title is misleading - the max capacity for chipping is 2" for a $1100 chipper. Their $500 chipper does 3" and this thing does 2". Almost impossible to use as the side loader is 2" so every knot gets stuck even when the piece is less than 2". Practically speaking this does 1" in most cases.
