I am very pleased with the performance of this wood chipper. I mostly use the branch chipper chute instead of the hopper. If the branches will pass through the 3" diameter port, the machine will chip them up. Occasionally, if the branch is of tough wood, very long, and the machine throttle setting isn't high enough, it will bog down. If this happens, it usually just requires restarting the motor. Only once have I had to unbolt the inspection port to remove a jam. The machine will pull most branches through on its own, even when they are crooked, but have a push stick handy for bundles of the small stuff and leaves. This machine is a good compromise of cost, portability, and performance for the average homeowner with a few trees.

Very good for the price. Pretty much the same one that Harbor Freight sells for $599 (I wore out that one after 5 years). Easy first start, but can take a few pulls for later starts; you'd think it would start easier after it was warm. My HF started 1st pull every time (which I liked). The only thing I don't like is the left side pull. It's a little awkward for me.

I put it together as soon as it got here started right up first pull ran some stuff from what i can tell work just as it should

Works fantastically. I solid mounted it to a trailer so I can pull it around the yard easy and shred it into the nice Vevor trailer they sell.

This unit is smaller than my last chipper but does just as well as my old one. I recommend it. I really like the design.

Very surprised by this unit. Im using it to mulch up brush from my 6 rentals. you can jam 4inch logs in this sucker, itll bogg down, bull the log out and do it again. Probable not ideal, but it works. 1-2-and 3 inch branches it pulls them right down. brush and small twigs sometimes get stuck in the hopper, just push them down with a larger stick. Haven't tried the Leaf hose attachment, but the machine spins fast and blows the chips every where, so im sure itll suck up leaf's. As for the chip collection bag..... it sucks. Use a bungie cord around the shoot and itll be fine. Or just spit the chips on the ground. 10/10* from me. Way cheaper than Harbor freight, Northern tools, or Ace Hardware.

Easy to assemple. VERY heavy. Very sturdy build. Works great if you stay within parameters. Loud as hell (don't worry- I'm wearing hearing protection!) but I am told that is normal. I just bought the leaf vac attachment so interested to see how that works.
