didnt complete delivery was sent back to dist centre -I reordered and am now waiting a long time for the second attempt-not before xmas - wish me luck !!

This box is complete junk, lock assembly , lock striker keeps bending away , so it wont keep the lid down to keep the water out, next the construction of this box. Pop rivets an sealant, yep, nothing welded , an its built out of like 22 to 24 guage metal. 250.00 an complete junk

Save yourself the headache and buy something else- box was out of square by almost 1/4”, also didn’t work for my trailer because where I could mount it the jack handle hits. 14k trailer. I’m almost on day 5 of trying to return it and Vevors customer service is terrible!!! Taking forever to get this thing returned… so do yourself a favor and buy something else

Very cheap hinges the welds broke I think due to pushrod Pressure Very disappointed I removed it and junked it

This product gets a 1 star rating from me because of how this box was put together. I have been waiting on proper reply from customer service about the lid not seated properly and the response was "remove the lid"

Meget dårlig transport er bestilt d. 12. okt. og er endnu ikke kommet d. 20 okt. men pengene er trukket

Cheap, thin, not heavy duty enough

so athirst ti said it would be delivered 3/25/25 but was actually delivered 3/31/25. the people that were there to "hep" did nothing but tell me to wait and it would show up eventually. the box itself is a nice box but when it was measured they measured the lid and not the base so there for it didn't fit in my trailer neck, it just fell through it and its shape was not the same as what the trailer Tonge is. now I'm on the fence about either making it work or sending it back and buying a box from a different company. over all the box is nice yes but customer service and true measurements were lacking.
