I just received 12 parking posts which should have included the bases a week or so ago. I needed them for a construction project. 12 posts showed up with no bases. Box looked as if it went through a woodchipper or at least had been sent several times to different address orders. I'd have the distribution centers verify contents.

The cones look great but I’m missing 2 of the bases!

we need these for a big commercial job that we were starting. The product got here in plenty of time, however, the only thing in the box were the upper cone portion, the bases were not included. For three weeks I had to chat with customer service trying to get help and I just got the run around again and again. I wound up buying a more expensive version from ULINE, they came to me the next day and the order was shipped complete as promised. so, the 1-star rating is for Vevor as a company on a hole. I will never buy from Vevor again, value and items priced lower are great, but customer service is more important. Vevor's customer service is horrendous; you cannot get anyone live to speak to and it's all done through chat on their website, and they tell you the same thing over and over again. I will never buy anything form Vevor again!!!!!!!!!

Produit reçu rapidement et bien présenté. Mais, à l’utilisation, il s’avère trop léger pour résister au moindre vent et ne tient pas en place. Il serait souhaitable d’en alourdir les bases.

It did not last long. One bollard fell with the wind and snapped at the base connection. Lasted less than three months.

Material never arrived, when I reached out to Vevor no response

I am extremely disappointed with this experience. I ordered these items for use at a community event, and while the package arrived on time, it was not complete. When I opened the box at the event, I discovered that the bases were missing. The box was slightly damaged, but I had no reason to believe that such essential components would be absent. When I contacted Vevor, I was asked to provide photos of both the box and the contents I received. After numerous back-and-forth messages, I was initially offered a $50 refund, which was later increased to $75 and then $100. However, I made it clear that my preference was simply to receive the missing bases so that I could use the poles as intended. I was then told that the bases were too heavy to ship—something I find difficult to understand, given that the complete product (including the bases) was originally shipped to me. Eventually, I was issued a full refund, which I do appreciate. However, the overall experience was frustrating and inconvenient, especially given that the items could not be used for their intended purpose at the event. At this point, I am left considering whether to reorder and hope that the complete product arrives as expected.

I would live to give a great review but my order never arrived and is in UPS purgatory. Re-ordering now and we'll see how this time goes. Customer Service, however, was very good and helpful.
