Low quality control. Unit they sent me was defective - no wind speed or direction. To make things worse, Vevor is giving me a hard time to return it.

Dealing with Vevor products for has been a disastrous experience. Firstly, i purchased 2 weather stations one of which became faulty after 8 months. I tried as an experienced electrical engineer to resolve the issue by waitning for 2 months for replacement parts to arrive. The parts sent did not solve the problem. I decided to purchase a new weather station and when I tried to assemble it the upright support could not be tightened so I had to use parts from the faulty unit to get it to work. Very disappointing service overall and I regret puchasing Vevor products as there is plenty of competition with better and more reliable products and a better service. Never Again Vincent MacNally

Hi: it's a piece of junk. I bought one last year, got a new screen because it showed the wrong temperature, six months later it's gone crazy again. And I can't get in touch with Vevor now.. I wouldn't recommend it!

Didn't last long keeps loosing sngial and now doesn't even give the outside temperature anymore

Du coup, c'est impossible de mémoriser les relevés: c'est de la pub mensongère Le ticket de réclamation n'a pas de suivi des clients dans le temps pour bien montrer qu'on se sens aidé. Sur les forums les acheteurs de ce produit s'en plaignent tous, car en + on ne peut même pas le renvoyer dans le délai légal!...

I had 2 two I T Tech work on the weather station . It will not boot up to my P C. It is a very poor thing. The one I am talking about is Model : YT60234 .You people sent my two pages of what to do . Nothing worked. IT was a waste of $900.00 . If you want to reach me. call I will not do chatting. Dean Van Raalte 623-640-6186 . If I don't hear I will know what you think of you customers. Ordered the weather station from VEVOR. When it arrived the box was destroyed. I didn’t want to take a chance that it was damaged internally and the product quit working in a month or so. I contacted VEVOR to return and refund. What a terrible ordeal !!! First they offered me a $20.00 credit, I said NO, then they upped it to $50.00 credit, HELL NO FULL REFUND !!! Finally after many emails and getting PayPal involved I received a full refund. I’ll never buy anything from VEVOR, and I’ll never use PayPal again for a purchase. I know my credit card company would have done a refund immediately after they saw the pics of the item. I’d post pics and a video, but it’s not letting me do that.

I do not recommend this weather station! I wrote this to support: "Manual says "Choose a location in an open space under direct sunlight with no obstructions". I have it under direct sunlight with no obstructions, but during the day the temp is higher then at night. If it is full sun, it's higher by 7 or 8 degrees F. If it a cloudy, it's higher by 4 or 5 degrees F. At night it is accurate.". Their response: "The higher daytime temperatures and more accurate nighttime readings you reported are normal and not a sign of equipment malfunction.". A weather station that can't give accurate temp's 50 percent of the time is absolutely worthless. Funny thing is, my neighbors AcuRite 5-in-1 Weather Station has no problems with the sun what so ever. For those who want accurate information, buy another brand.
