Pretty crap quality and customer service replies seem robotic and probably ai. The rotation clamp part doesn’t clamp properly. in the process of getting a renfund and they keep trying to close the ticket which is also a pain in the ass

This repair stand is not usable for e-bikes. It promises to take a weight at 36 kg, but my Hepha All Mountain 7 carbon at 24 kg is too heavy. It cracked in the angular joint where locking bolt sits.
I,m very disappointed, and I want to return it and get my money back.
