Aaron Damage to the top and bottom of the table that they tried to cover with wood glue
Opened a ticket on 6/12 stating damage to the top and bottom of the tabletop. I included pictures and video. Provided all info needed and they asked about the box. Replied on the 16th that the box itself was fine. Repair was definitely done before packing and shipping.
No response until the 23rd. The response at that point was the patching was done on the bottom of the table so it doesn’t affect the product use. Even if there wasn’t damage to the top, I didn’t pay for a damaged product, I paid for a new product. We have a lot of vevor products in our home but I think this will be the last. Quality control fail. Customer service fail. All around fail.

Ava Customer returns not processed
Package arrived undamaged but the tabletop has several cracks running the full surface length and thru to bottom. Contacted customer service for refund/replacement solution and have no resolution after 5+ days despite a promise of resolution within 48 hours. No phone customer service options, all replies and inquiries have not resulted in contact or resolution of replacing damaged products. Highly disappointed in the lack of response.

Franchement je suis déçu de la qualité générale du produit puisque celui ci n'aspire pas la qualité surtout lorsqu'on voit des le départ que le bois a des tâches partout. Ensuite, le montage du tiroir est une catastrophe.. je n'ai jamais vu des vis aussi petites ! Le montage se veut compliqué a fois et de très mauvaise qualité. Quant au reste, ça va sans plus. Les roulettes restent moyennement solide. Je ne recommande pas ce produit, la version sans tiroir est largement mieux..

Casey Only received 5 of the 6 legs.
This company and products are a joke. Do not order anything from this garbage company. I got 5 out of 6 legs for this bench. I asked to get shipped a replacement leg. I was asked 3 different times to take pictures. OF WHAT. … A LEG I DIDNT GET!?!!? Finally said fuck it. I will never order anything from this bullshit company again.

This thing is a flimsy junk table with two thin table tops 36x24 sorta half way connected with a leg in the middle, skip this and buy something more robust.
