Sehr sehr mühsam auf der Homepage zu reklamieren und Bilder einzureichen. Die Destille selbst ist nur teilweise zum Destillieren zu gebrauchen. Die Aufbauanleitung ist ein schlechter Witz!! Es sind Teile dabei, welche nicht verbaut werden können und der Spiralschlauch ist gänzlich ungeeignet!

I wouldn't know how good it is I never received it. For some reason the carrier said it was undeliverable and sent it back to the company. When I contacted vevor I was never told why but they did give me my money back. Never ask me if I wanted a replacement so I don't think I will ever buy from them again

What idiots make a still vessel that cannot heat on an induction hotplate. No wonder its so inexpensive. Why not simply use an induction-friendly base or provide an adapter pad? Unimpressed as getting a suitable pad was a time consuming problem in a country town.
