Broken before installation

Zweryfikowany zakup

Contractors installed the toilet and attempted fixing Ill fitting/broken pieces together within the tank. Toilet started leaking due to these parts. Contractors had to order additional parts for the toilet. With it being brand new, I don’t understand why there would be anything wrong with it.

Pump Leaks

Zweryfikowany zakup

Purchased this unit and the pump was leaking right out of the box. Luckily I only used it for laundry as a test because if I had used the toilet, there would have been black water all over my floor. I have sent a claim for replacement, and will be happy to adjust the review if it is corrected appropriately.
