se*** Lost item and lack of human customer service
I purchased this with two other items. I received the two items and had to reach out to The or to inquire about the third item. The third item never showed up they said for my inconvenience they would give me a $40 credit on my account which never showed up nor did the item. They did end up giving me a refund. I’m one of my other items from the same order wasn’t what I expected. I’d like to return it and I still haven’t got a straight answer on how to return it. problem is everything‘s AI and you can’t talk to anybody.
Don’t get me wrong. Some of the stuff is a good deal, but it makes you second-guess it if it’s so difficult to return items.

Ryan Vevor press jaws
Jaws arrived didn’t fit the Vevor press machine. Totally useless. Asked for a return and my money back. Vevor procrastinates makes you jump though a gauntlet of hoops. Still to this day never received a cent. Will never buy from them again

I ordered 4 RLS copper jaws. You shipped 2 RLS jaws and 2 gas jaws.
I need to return the gas jaws and you need to send the RLS jaws.
