This sander has very poor vacuum capability. They say 80% - videos show this as well. However truth was for the machine I bought it was very poor and 80% became dust in the room -hardly nothing got into the vacuum bag and that was following all instructions. In addition, the feedback and support was very poor -one comment was just use your town vacuum cleaner! Another use it on the highest setting only (which still didn't work)/. There was a refusal to replace the machine and clearly lack of confidence it would help - so the impressions was they did not have much confidence in their product, They gave a third refund and allowed me to keep the machine but that is not going to pay for a special purpose plaster dust vacuum cleaner!

Was a week late so could not use it as I had to do the job.

Machine en panne après environ une heure et demi de ponçage de plafond et mur. J'ai du finir la pièce à la ponceuse vibrante. Silence radio du sav, produit à fuir.

Recibo el pedido después de reclamar en varias ocasiones al vendedor y a la empresa transporte. Indican que recibieron orden de retrasar el envío. Los actores que enviaron y los que realizaron el transporte se desentendieron, dando el servicio por realizado. Me induce a pensar mal tanto por otros, la inacción fué la respuesta por los dos. Replantearé usar los servicios de estas empresas ya que no aportan soluciones a sus clientes. El producto no lo he probado, tuve que adquirir otro de características similares en otro comercio y disculparme infinitamente con mi cliente al cual debería haber hecho el servicio en tiempo y forma.

I have not used it yet as it arrived late, the taping was already done before it arrived, i ordered it because it showed that i could received 2 days after ordering which would be Dec. 24 but it did not show up until Dec. 30 and i was aiming to finish the reno before new year so i had to sand everything manually. And the box was damage when it arrived
