Diego de la cerda Inconsistent power , poor performance
The unit turn on and grind for about two seconds at full power. As soon as it touches the concrete it slows down significantly to the point where it will completely stop. You have to pick it up to restart the wheel about every 3 to 5 seconds the water feature doesn’t help with this I’m disappointed I was really looking forward to using this unit maybe mine is defective it did arrive with cosmetic damage, but I thought it would perform as new
I’d like to try this product again if you would be willing to send me a new one it’s a shame this one isn’t working as advertised

Unhappy Maintenance manager
Received floor grinder approximately 2 weeks ago and have not been able to use it. It will run for maybe 2-3 minutes and then trips the circuit breaker. I have tried several different circuits and it trips them all. I have been in communication with Vevor support and requested a replacement and they are having supply issues, so they are supposed to refund me for the purchase. This was very disappointing the price was good and other reviews were good but my personal experience with this machine and customer service was not. The only way to reach the company for help is through email and it has taken 1 1//2 weeks to get to this point because they kept suggesting the obvious things for a fix. Very unhappy with purchase.
